That’s exactly what families can discover at Queensgate Foundation Primary School, which is opening its doors to prospective families on Tuesday 6th October, 9.30am–12pm, and Thursday 8th October, 4.30pm–6.30pm.

Queensgate is a school where learning extends well beyond the classroom. Children are encouraged to be curious and adventurous, whether they are exploring The Patch, the school’s dedicated outdoor learning area, getting creative in the cookery suite, developing their musical talents, heading out and about on the school minibus or making the most of the school’s extensive technology.

And it’s not just lessons that are different. Through OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning), playtimes have been transformed into exciting opportunities for children to be active, imaginative and independent, with a huge variety of ways to play and explore.

At the heart of everything Queensgate does are its five values: Compassion, Collaboration, Curiosity, Courage and Creativity. The school aims to nurture confident, kind and resilient children who are excited about learning and ready to take on the world around them.
